It is as the saying goes: “Every door leads somewhere”. At least you’d hope all of them do, or else they wouldn’t be all that useful. This door, at any rate, is very useful since it apparently leads to the outside of a facility that has come under harsh times (and orbital bombardment) recently.

And out of the door emerges… uh… well… it’s… it’s a… uhm… hmm… I’m not quite sure. I think it’s pretty safe to say that that thing is not human, but it doesn’t really look like an animal, either. In fact, it doesn’t look like anything from earth whatsoever! Man, if only I had read the first Rykani Basics Post found here that talks all about this weird species we’re looking at.

Ah, never mind, I guess there are more important things for us to worry about right now anyway. One of those things might be the health of this little fella here, since, by the looks of it, he might have gotten a bit scratched up by whatever got this place into the sorry state that it’s currently in. Another thing to be concerned about might be the weird red rectangle that’s just nonchalantly floating there in midair like physics is nothing to be concerned about.

Perhaps the truth about this mysterious rectangle will be revealed in due time…
